Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Care Representative to handle customer inquiries in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and product/service concerns
  • Access and update customer accounts through computer-based systems
  • Maintain product/service knowledge and utilize resources to perform tasks
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
  • PC skills (Windows), 10-key, and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm ET, Monday - Friday
  • Call center experience, preferably in telecommunications, is a plus
  • Relevant systems knowledge and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are advantageous
