Job Summary

A company is looking for a SMB Care Representative to handle inbound customer inquiries in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and product/service concerns
  • Explain and save products and services to existing customers
  • Access and update customer accounts through computer-based systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience
  • PC skills (Windows), 10-key, and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work a schedule from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm ET, Monday - Friday
  • At least 1 year of call center experience preferred
