Job Summary
A company is looking for a SMB Channel Marketing Manager to own and scale engagement strategies for SMB clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of employee-facing communications across SMB accounts
- Design and improve a repeatable employer activation model to drive strong launches and early adoption
- Build a year-round lifecycle marketing strategy to support utilization and retention across the SMB base
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in consumer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related B2C or B2B2C marketing discipline
- Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel communications strategies with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills comfortable working with data to inform decisions and optimize programs
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
