Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Customer Success Manager in the USA Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide value at scale to a large portfolio of customers
  • Drive product adoption, renewals, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Communicate customer feedback to the product team and work cross-functionally for customer success
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success/account management
  • Experience managing a large portfolio and working for a B2B/B2G SaaS company is an advantage
  • Government background/expertise is also an advantage
  • Strong digital skills and ability to simplify technical products
  • BA/BSc degree is required
