Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own and proactively manage a book of SMB accounts focusing on customer health, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Run scalable customer engagement programs to efficiently deliver value across the customer base
- Track engagement, identify expansion signals, and manage upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields in a high-velocity environment
- Experience managing a book of SMB or mid-market accounts, preferably in a tech-touch model
- Experience in establishing early-stage customer success programs
- Proficient in using CRM and customer engagement platforms
- Bonus: Experience in wealth management or B2B SaaS customer success roles
