SMB Marketing Partnerships Specialist

Job Summary

Driving the development and execution of strategic B2B and affiliate marketing initiatives, the full-time SMB Marketing Partnerships Specialist will focus on expanding the deposit portfolio by identifying and nurturing high-value partnerships while optimizing campaign performance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner marketing strategies to promote SMB deposit products and drive inbound business deposits
• Own and optimize the affiliate marketing channel, serving as the primary contact for third-party affiliate agencies
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and revenue growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in partner marketing, affiliate marketing, or business development, preferably in financial services
• Direct experience managing third-party agencies or affiliate networks
• Familiarity with SMB banking products and digital lending platforms, especially SBA loan products
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
