Job Summary

Leading a team of sales professionals, the full-time remote SMB Sales Manager will coach and support team members in the hospitality, food, and beverage sectors to achieve sales targets while managing pipeline activity and collaborating with marketing to generate new opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of salespeople to build confidence and meet targets
  • Manage pipeline activity to ensure accurate deal progression and forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to create campaigns and generate new sales opportunities
Required qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of B2B sales experience, including 1-2 years in a sales management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an SMB environment
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, with familiarity in hospitality technology preferred
  • Strong coaching and people development skills, with a data-driven approach to management
