SME Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SME Management Analyst to support program management, data analytics, and reporting activities at the Department of Homeland Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mission-specific knowledge on data, processes, and operations
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely responses to requests and assignments
• Create project deliverables and assess the effectiveness of projects and business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of experience in dynamic customer delivery environments
• 3+ years of ICE specific experience with data, systems, and personnel
• Ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance (US citizenship required)
• Experience in translating mission needs into tactical execution of reports and analytics
• Strong understanding of project management and data analysis
