SMS Campaign Strategist

Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting Democratic candidates, the full-time SMS Campaign Strategist will manage peer-to-peer texting campaigns, coordinate SMS program execution, and optimize performance through A/B testing, all while working remotely within the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Execute peer-to-peer and broadcast text message programs for fundraising and engagement in collaboration with content teams and management
• Coordinate detailed process steps for SMS campaigns and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely execution
• Monitor SMS campaign performance, prepare reports on ROI, and provide support to managers and clients as needed

Required qualifications

• Experience running peer-to-peer texting campaigns and familiarity with political CRMs and texting platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for Democratic politics
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak campaign periods
