Job Summary

SMS Care Advocate, this full-time position involves providing personalized, empathetic support to customers as they navigate the healthcare system, primarily through telephonic engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate members on benefits and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate care across various settings while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Document member interactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries and issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma (or equivalent) required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or service center roles
  • Knowledge of care coordination and case management concepts preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
