SMS Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the carrier and provider operations for SMS, the full-time SMS Operations Specialist will manage 10DLC registrations, RCS agent applications, and maintain communications with third-party vendors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Submit and track 10DLC brand and campaign registrations, including managing the vetting and resubmission process
- Handle day-to-day operational communication with third-party providers to ensure timely resolution of provider tickets
- Prepare and submit RCS agent applications, managing the approval pipeline through to decision-making
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in telecom, messaging, technical operations, or a related field
- Direct experience with 10DLC registration or similar regulated submission processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate slow approval queues effectively
- Clear written communication skills to provide precise status updates to teams
- Understanding of SMS deliverability and carrier compliance concepts is preferred
