SMS Training Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMS Training Development Specialist to manage training and change management for the Enterprise - Sustainment Management System (E-SMS) community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide change management and monthly user training for E-SMS
• Conduct knowledge management interviews and update training curriculum and guides
• Deliver comprehensive on-site training and coordinate all logistics for training sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience using BUILDER
• Strong knowledge of policies and procedures for conducting BUILDER inspections
• Familiarity with Army SMS community practices
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass and maintain a National Agency Check Investigation
