SNAP Eligibility Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team in a high-volume production environment, the full-time remote SNAP Eligibility Supervisor will oversee the processing of public assistance applications, manage escalated cases, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while driving operational performance and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise High Speed Data Entry Administrators, providing feedback and guidance to meet performance objectives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and assist in training sessions for team competence
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and manage escalated tasks effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze operational metrics and drive performance improvements
• Familiarity with public assistance programs such as Medicaid or LTSS preferred
• Experience with state or county agencies supporting SNAP programs preferred
