Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of billing specialists to ensure timely and accurate claim submissions
• Monitor billing performance, set team goals, and develop strategies to optimize billing processes
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and oversee compliance with billing regulations and practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of medical billing experience, particularly in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
• Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance billing processes
• Experience managing offshore A/R vendors and project management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with billing software systems and electronic health records (EHR)
