SNOC Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SNOC Engineer II who will focus on security and operational excellence in technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Detect and respond to security threats across network, systems, and cloud environments
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
• Mentor junior team members and assist with technical development

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in SOC, NOC, IT support, or infrastructure operations
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundations
• Experience with SIEM platforms and monitoring tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
