SNOC Engineer II (Security)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SNOC Engineer II (Security).

Key Responsibilities

• Detect and respond to security threats across network, systems, and cloud environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent future incidents
• Mentor SNOC Engineer I team members and assist with technical development

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years in SOC, NOC, IT support, or infrastructure operations
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundations
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and monitoring tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
