Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Snow Business Analyst will manage service management processes, analyze data for insights, and support system improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize service management processes within the Snow platform
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for system enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system improvements and user training

Required qualifications

• Experience with Snow Software or similar IT asset management tools
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles and practices
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting techniques
• Relevant degree or certification in IT, Business Analysis, or a related field
