Snowflake Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of a modern enterprise Snowflake data platform, the full-time Snowflake Architect will build scalable data ingestion pipelines, optimize performance, and establish governance and security practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Snowflake architecture, including databases, schemas, and security measures
• Build scalable data ingestion pipelines using Snowpipe, Streams, and ETL/ELT tools
• Optimize Snowflake performance through tuning, monitoring, and cost management

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Warehousing
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake in production environments
• Proven experience designing and deploying Snowflake platforms from the ground up
• Strong expertise in SQL, performance tuning, and data governance
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
