Job Summary

To support the Guest 360 program, a full-time Snowflake Consultant will perform hands-on analytical tasks, including customer value scoring and behavioral segmentation, while working remotely with occasional onsite expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Build guest-level value scoring and lifetime value models using historical and predictive analytics
• Conduct cohort analysis and behavioral segmentation to enhance targeting and journey design
• Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and commercial leaders

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in analytics and consulting
• Strong proficiency in Snowflake for data management and analytics
• Experience with Sigma and Salesforce is preferred
• Ability to translate commercial questions into data-driven insights
• Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing strategies
