Snowflake Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support scalable data solutions, the full-time Snowflake Data Engineer will design, implement, and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Azure and Snowflake technologies while working remotely with a focus on data quality and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data ingestion and transformation processes into Snowflake and downstream platforms
• Migrate on-prem SQL Server data processes to Azure-based solutions to enhance performance and scalability
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related tools

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics in a cross-functional environment
• 2+ years of experience with SQL development (SQL Server or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and stored procedures
• Experience working with cloud data platforms and pipeline design (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)
• Experience with Snowflake development, including data loading and transformations
