A company is looking for a Snowflake Database Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, monitor, and maintain the Snowflake environment for efficient data processing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and optimize scalable Snowflake database solutions
- Manage data ingestion strategies and enforce data governance and security models
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in Snowflake database administration
- Proven experience managing petabyte-scale Snowflake environments in production
- Hands-on experience with Python, Snowpark, and PySpark
- Solid experience in query optimization and Snowflake performance tuning
