Snowflake Engineer

Job Summary

To support data infrastructure and analytics initiatives, the part-time Snowflake Engineer will design, develop, and optimize data pipelines within Snowflake while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring data quality and integrity in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines to support business analytics and reporting needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing data workflows, ensuring high performance and reliability

Required qualifications

• Proven experience working with the Snowflake data platform, including data ingestion, transformation, and querying
• Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes
• Experience with cloud data services and infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Familiarity with data security, governance, and best practices for enterprise data management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
