Snowflake Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Snowflake Engineer / Architect on a contract basis, the successful candidate will drive the architecture, design, and implementation of Data Cloud solutions while delivering agile software solutions and developing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project teams to deliver data-driven solutions and best-practice expertise
• Design, develop, and operate large-scale data lake systems while ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Provide Snowflake subject matter expertise to solve complex business issues related to data integration and analytics

Required qualifications

• Experience with the Snowflake Ecosystem and large-scale data-intensive distributed systems
• Expertise in Snowflake data modeling, ELT processes, and integration with tools like Azure Data Factory
• Proven track record in building data-driven solutions and architecting data pipelines for streaming and batch integrations
• 4-year degree in computer sciences, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Must possess IT-II security clearance or be eligible for a government background check
