SOAR Certified Social Services Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Services Advocate to lead the development and implementation of their Benefits Enrollment program.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured virtual interviews with patients and caregivers to assess eligibility for SSI/SSDI applications
• Request and compile medical documentation and submit completed applications to the SSA and DDS
• Serve as the designated SSA Representative for patients and collaborate with external partners as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, case management, or disability advocacy
• Current SOAR certification at the time of hire
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field preferred
• Experience supporting individuals with complex medical or socioeconomic conditions
• Proficiency in virtual engagement and outreach methods
