SOAR Consultant

Job Summary

Providing technical expertise to a commercial client, the full-time SOAR Consultant will develop and implement automations in response to security incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide innovative solutions within the cybersecurity space
• Develop and implement automations in response to security incidents
• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, vendors, and project stakeholders to design security orchestrations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SOAR experience
• Expert knowledge of SOAR technologies
• Proficiency in cybersecurity platforms such as SOAR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, and Endpoint Security
• Degree in a STEM-related discipline or a minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience
• Experience in cybersecurity consulting
