SOC 2 Audit Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC 2 Audit Manager to lead and deliver high-quality SOC 1 and SOC 2 engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SOC 1 & SOC 2 control scoping, testing, and reporting
• Conduct readiness and gap assessments; document deficiencies and craft remediation roadmaps
• Act as primary client contact, translating technical control requirements into actionable guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of combined SOC 1/SOC 2 audit and advisory experience
• Proficiency with SOC 2 Trust Service Criteria and AICPA Trust Services
• Hands-on experience with GRC automation tools (e.g., Continuum GRC, Vanta, Audora)
• Relevant certifications such as CPA (highly preferred), CISA, CIPP, CIA, CISM, or CISSP
