SOC 2 Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing remote audit team, the full-time SOC 2 Manager will execute client engagements related to SOC examinations and HIPAA assessments while managing IT audit staff and fostering client relationships across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee auditing services related to security, compliance, and attestation
• Execute day-to-day activities of IT audit engagements, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls and communicate findings to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, cybersecurity, or management information systems
• At least 4 years of experience performing IT audit engagements at a Big 4 or other audit/consulting firm
• Experience with GRC and compliance automation tools is a plus
• Active or pursuing CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA certification
• Bilingual in English
