SOC 2 Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing audit practice, the fully remote SOC 2 Manager will execute client engagements related to SOC audits and HIPAA assessments while supervising IT audit staff and fostering client relationships across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of IT audit engagements, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations
• Identify and communicate IT audit findings to management while providing performance improvement opportunities for clients
• Supervise IT audit staff, provide training, and deliver weekly status reports to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, cybersecurity, or management information systems
• At least 4 years of experience in IT audit engagements at a Big 4 or similar audit/consulting firm
• Experience with GRC and compliance automation tools such as Vanta, Drata, or Secureframe is a plus
• Active or in-progress certifications such as CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
