Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in incident triaging within a security operations environment
• Experience with Palo Alto XSOAR and Palo Alto XDR tools
• Familiarity with Proofpoint for analyzing security incidents
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools for gathering user and system information
• Experience using ServiceNow for managing user requests and incident validation
