SOC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC Analyst to perform security event triage and analysis in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform security event triage and analysis with knowledge of current security threats and techniques
• Conduct limited incident response and containment
• Analyze data sources for attack indicators and potential network and host compromises

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of three years in a Cyber Security SOC
• In-depth understanding of information security tools, technologies, risks, and vulnerabilities
• Advanced SIEM/SOAR skills, including analyzing events from multiple sources
• Advanced knowledge of common adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures
• Relevant security certifications/degrees or commensurate experience preferred
