SOC Analyst III

Job Summary

Proactively monitoring security incidents, the full-time remote SOC Analyst III will resolve, escalate, and report on security threats while optimizing client performance and managing SIEM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve security violations, providing post-mortem analysis and recommendations
• Monitor system logs, network traffic, and suspicious events to identify potential threats
• Assist in training team members and developing documentation for security systems and procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a SOC Analyst Level 3
• Experience with SIEM tools such as QRadar, ArcSight, RSA, and LogRhythm
• Background in incident response and creating runbooks and playbooks
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel as the project technology
• Skills in SIEM, SOAR, and Security Operations
