SOC Analyst IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC Analyst IV to support the Department of Education's Cybersecurity and Privacy Support Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides Tier III support for SIEM alert triage, forensic analysis, and escalation
• Maintains situational awareness of SOC tools and telemetry
• Leads shift handovers and contributes to SOP/playbook updates
• Supports Red Team and Purple Team exercises

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of SOC experience
• At least one of: GCIH, GCIA, CEH, Security+
• Experience with SIEM and endpoint telemetry
• Experience with operating systems, networking, and AWS native capabilities
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust
