SOC Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC Manager to lead their internal security operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Security Operations Center, including incident response and management
• Develop and maintain SOC processes, runbooks, and incident response playbooks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of security analysts, fostering a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2+ years in a SOC or incident response leadership role
• Demonstrated expertise in security incident handling and leading technical response teams
• Solid understanding of SIEM, EDR, and other security technologies
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms and automation of security workflows
