SOC Manager

Job Summary

Leading the security operations program, the full-time SOC Manager will provide technical and operational expertise, manage relationships with outsourced partners, and implement security requirements to protect enterprise information and systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the performance of outsourced security vendors while ensuring compliance with security policies and standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams on security infrastructure, processes, and governance
• Develop and document security standards, policies, and procedures to ensure best practices are followed across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification)
• At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management processes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google, or AWS
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or CCSP
