SOC Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC Program Manager responsible for overseeing and executing Security Operations Center services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and operational oversight of SOC and cybersecurity operations
• Lead execution of cybersecurity operations, including incident response and vulnerability management
• Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and manage cybersecurity policy and governance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing cybersecurity programs or SOC operations in a federal environment
• At least 5 years of experience leading cybersecurity operations teams for federal agencies
• Demonstrated experience with FISMA, RMF, and incident response activities
• Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks and experience developing operational metrics and reports
