SOC Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in QA/QC duties across all SOC shifts, focusing on timely reporting and tracking of SOC issues
• Conduct case reviews, metrics reporting, and maintain regular QA meetings with analysts
• Collaborate with various teams for incident investigations and develop playbooks based on feedback from investigations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of technical experience in security across multiple platforms and networks
• Preferred industry certifications such as CISSP, GCFA, GCIH, or equivalent
• Experience with SOC operations, scheduling, and relevant tools including SIEM and SOAR
• Knowledge of the incident response lifecycle and cybersecurity best practices
• ITIL certification is a plus
