SOC Security Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the SOC Security Analyst will monitor security alerts, conduct incident response, and support threat intelligence initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify potential threats
• Conduct incident response activities and coordinate with relevant teams
• Support threat intelligence efforts by researching and analyzing emerging threats

Required qualifications

• Experience in a security operations center or similar environment
• Knowledge of security frameworks and incident response methodologies
• Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent)
• Understanding of network protocols and security technologies
