SOC Security Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Security Operations Center, the full-time SOC Security Analyst will monitor and respond to security alerts, manage incident response lifecycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security alerts across corporate networks, endpoints, cloud, and SaaS environments
• Manage the end-to-end incident response lifecycle, including triage, investigations, and remediation
• Collaborate with vulnerability management and engineering teams to assess threats and drive remediation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center, including security investigations and incident response
• Relevant Security Certifications (SANS, CompTia, ISC2, etc.) preferred
• Experience with SIEM, EDR solutions, or incident analysis and response tools
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP)
