Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC Shift Lead to provide technical leadership and operational oversight in their Security Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee security investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and appropriate incident escalation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for analytical support during declared incidents and manage investigative resources
• Drive continuous improvement of operational standards and provide mentorship and development opportunities for SOC analysts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SOC analyst experience in a senior or leadership role
• Deep technical knowledge of security tools, threat detection, and incident response
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Relevant security certifications preferred
