Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC Support Specialist for the Weekend Shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support for incident reports, escalations, and SIEM-related questions
  • Lead calls with partners for high-severity incidents, documenting decisions and aligning on next steps
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify detection coverage and relay updates to partners
Required Qualifications
  • Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday
  • Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and commitment to continuous learning
  • Interest in developing incident management skills
  • Experience with MSP or Help Desk environments is a plus
  • Basic understanding of SIEM concepts and networking concepts is a plus
