Job Summary
A company is looking for a SOC Support Specialist for the Weekend Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for incident reports, escalations, and SIEM-related questions
- Lead calls with partners for high-severity incidents, documenting decisions and aligning on next steps
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify detection coverage and relay updates to partners
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday
- Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and commitment to continuous learning
- Interest in developing incident management skills
- Experience with MSP or Help Desk environments is a plus
- Basic understanding of SIEM concepts and networking concepts is a plus
