Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time SOC Support Specialist will act as an intermediary between partners and the Security Operations Center, addressing incident reports and escalations while ensuring partner satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports and SIEM-related inquiries
  • Facilitate communication during high-severity incidents, documenting decisions and aligning on next steps
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify detection coverage and relay updates back to partners
Required qualifications:
  • Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity, particularly in identity compromise and incident response
  • Experience in customer support or help desk roles, preferably in a technical environment
  • Basic understanding of SIEM concepts and log analysis
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic ticket queue
  • Interest in developing incident management skills and facilitating group discussions
