Job Summary

Acting as an intermediary between partners and the Security Operations Center (SOC) team, the full-time SOC Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, facilitate communication during high-severity incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports and escalations
  • Lead calls with partners for high-severity incidents, ensuring clear communication and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify detection coverage and relay updates back to partners
Required qualifications:
  • Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity, particularly in identity compromise and incident response
  • Experience in managing tickets in tools like Zendesk or PSA platforms is a plus
  • Basic understanding of SIEM concepts and log analysis
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic ticket queue
  • Comfortable facilitating group discussions during high-pressure situations
