Job Summary
Acting as an intermediary between partners and the Security Operations Center (SOC) team, the remote full-time SOC Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer support for incident reports and escalations, ensuring partner satisfaction through effective communication and cybersecurity knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports and SIEM-related inquiries
- Lead calls for high-severity incidents, ensuring clear communication and documentation of decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify detection coverage and relay updates to partners
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and commitment to continuous learning
- Experience in customer support, particularly during high-pressure situations
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic ticket queue
- Interest in developing incident management skills
- Experience with MSP or Help Desk environments is a plus
