SOC Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC Team Manager to oversee cybersecurity operations and lead a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the investigation, analysis, and response to cybersecurity incidents
• Mentor and coach L1 and L2 SOC analysts, fostering professional growth
• Develop and refine incident response playbooks and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC or related cybersecurity role
• Strong knowledge of incident response methodologies and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM and EDR
• Proficiency in scripting languages for automation
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor SOC analysts
