Social and Community Listening Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SBC Consultant, Social and Community Listening SCL-Global Health Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize Social and Community Listening systems integrating community feedback and health worker insights
• Analyze and interpret SCL data to inform programmatic actions and improve vaccine uptake
• Engage and coordinate with partners to enhance insight generation and implementation of interventions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social and Behaviour Change, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related fields
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in SBC, public health, or related fields
• Experience in designing and implementing social and community listening systems
• Strong analytical skills with experience in qualitative and quantitative data interpretation
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
