Job Summary
Leading the evolution of social creative, the full-time remote Manager, Social Art Director will ideate and execute original social content across various channels while managing a Social Media Coordinator and enhancing brand engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Ideate and manage the execution of social content across owned, paid, and retail channels, ensuring originality and strategic alignment
- Support growth and engagement on social channels by creating content that builds loyalty and drives positive sentiment
- Manage and mentor a direct report, fostering their creative growth while ensuring strong execution and follow-through
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in social media, with a focus on creative or art direction
- Experience managing a direct report and supporting creative talent development
- Deep understanding of cultural trends, particularly among Gen Z and Gen Alpha
- Strong eye for social-first creative and experience working with creators
- Ability to balance creative thinking with excellent execution and organization
