Social Behavior Change Strategy Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Behavior Change (SBC) Strategy Advisor to provide technical leadership on the design and implementation of an SBC strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finalization of the SBC strategy and assist in developing a work plan for implementation
• Provide capacity building through training and support to team members and stakeholders
• Share updates on SBC activities and assist in responding to donor requests for technical information

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing effective SBC strategies, particularly in FNES programs
• Knowledge of social science research methods and systems thinking
• Proven ability to build relationships with community stakeholders and development partners
• University degree in international development, behavioral or social sciences, or related field; Master's preferred
• Experience working in the DRC or similar contexts, with the ability to travel as needed
