Job Summary
Acting as a trusted travel advisor, the full-time Social Care Specialist will engage with customers on social media platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in real-time while fostering positive relationships and loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and engage in social media customer care conversations on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Field questions and resolve concerns throughout all stages of the travel journey
- Identify trends and escalate potential crises while collaborating with various business partners across the organization
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Communications or 1+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of communications-related experience
- Advanced copywriting and conversational communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts to support 24/7 operations
