Key responsibilities
  • Manage and engage in social media customer care conversations on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Field questions and resolve concerns throughout all stages of the travel journey
  • Identify trends and escalate potential crises while collaborating with various business partners across the organization
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in Communications or 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of communications-related experience
  • Advanced copywriting and conversational communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts to support 24/7 operations
