Job Summary
Trend-focused and culturally savvy, the Social Commerce & Content Curation Manager will execute product curation and editorial planning for social media programs on a remote, 3-month contract, developing editorial calendars and curating products that resonate with social audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop editorial and commerce calendars across various retail categories, identifying seasonal moments and social-first content opportunities
- Conduct ongoing trend scouting across social platforms and cultural moments to identify content and product storytelling opportunities
- Curate and merchandise products aligned with editorial themes, creating detailed product lists and creative briefs for Content Creators
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in merchandising, editorial, content curation, styling, trend forecasting, or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of social media culture with demonstrated experience in identifying trends and viral products
- Strong merchandising and styling instincts with the ability to curate compelling product stories
- Experience developing editorial calendars or content strategies across multiple categories
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
