Social Community Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Community Manager (Contract) to manage its brand's social media presence across Reddit and other text-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically grow the Reddit community through engaging content and active moderation
• Develop and implement growth tactics to convert Reddit engagement into direct onboards
• Provide community management support across Reddit and additional text-based platforms

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing Reddit and other online communities
• Familiarity with Discord and Twitter, including platform-specific engagement strategies
• Deep understanding of Reddit's nuances, subcultures, and community management best practices
• Strong passion for AI and emerging technologies; familiarity with AI platforms is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
